• Orders using Express shipping may take between 7-10 business days to be delivered via DHL, through other carries this may take up to 25 business days to deliver.

Shipping cost:

• All orders are eligible for free shipping. The Express shipping option that delivers under 10 business days costs an additional $10 USD.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email returns@neck.care with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.

The light, relaxing massage given by the Remedy Massager shouldn't hurt. It doesn't probe into the muscles and the impulse generated by the device is considered harmless and safe to use. 

Usage of the device should must always stay in the 'feels good' range. If you you have severe neck pain, please do consult your General Practitioner first and foremost. This device is not an alternative to general medical practice.

The Remedy massager is typically used once daily for 15-minutes. The device should not be worn for longer periods of time, not  during sleep and not for 24 hours.

The Remedy massager has a USB port on the left-side. The massager is delivered along with a USB cable. On a single charge the device can last for about 15 days if used 15 minutes daily.

No - the device can be used without professional assistance, but it would be recommended to consult your GP regarding the nature of your neck pain first. The Remedy is not an alternative nor substitute to specialist medical treatment.

Pacemaker 

Do not use The Remedy if you use an artificial cardiac pacemaker (or other stimulator) The low impulse generated by the technology may interfere with the implants operation and result in device failure. There is no medical consensus that it is safe to use TENS technology with pacemakers or implantable cardioverter-defibrillators. Usage of this technology is 'best avoided' in this case.

Pregnancy

Do not use the device if you are pregnant. There is insufficient evidence to suggest that TENS technology is safe during both early and late pregnancy stages. 

Undiagnosed pain, epilepsy or heart rhythm problem

You should avoid using The Remedy if you have undiagnosed pain, epilepsy or a heart rhythm problem. Consult your physician first.
